Pricing FAQ
Do credits expire?
No. Once you buy a bundle the credits stay in your account forever. We have customers using credits they bought a year ago.
What about refunds?
If the AI fails to score a submitted attempt for any reason on our end, we refund the credit automatically. See the full refund policy.
Can I share my account with a friend?
It is one human per account. We do not lock the seat or block multiple devices, but report sharing with multiple humans on one account is against the terms.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, all major credit/debit cards, and netbanking (via Razorpay). For institute pricing we also accept bank transfer.
Do you offer student discounts?
The base prices are already discounted to a student-friendly level — the alternative IELTS retake fee is over ₹16,000. We do not run separate student programs.
